Meet the Team
Danielle Mclean
Team Leader
I’m Dani, and I’ve worked with Howard since 3rd May 2024. I I’m 31, living in Torquay, where I run my own sports massage business while raising my three children with my partner. Howard and I have built a strong friendship, bonding over shared interests and a similar sense of humour, which makes the workspace fun and welcoming. Howard has been incredibly supportive, helping me achieve a healthy work/life balance, and is a true pleasure to work for.
JOANNA SLY
Personal Assistant
I’m Jo, and I’ve worked with Howard since 7th August 2023. With nearly 40 years of experience in administration, I’ve gleaned a wealth of knowledge across a variety of roles. After being made redundant in early 2023, I was invited to join the Wicks Enterprise team. In recent years, I’ve served as an Administration Manager/Office Manager, providing proactive and adaptable support to meet the evolving needs of busy office environments. Howard recognised how my skills could benefit his team and offered me the role of his PA in an administrative capacity.

AMY WINZER
Job Title
I’m Amy, and I’ve worked with Howard for 2.5 years. I live on a dairy farm in Halwell with my husband and our four children. After graduating at 22, I worked as a Staff Nurse on the Acute Stroke Unit at Derriford Hospital, which I loved, but paused my career to raise my children. Working with Howard allows me to continue helping others while maintaining a better work-life balance. I hope to make his days a bit easier when I’m with him.

I’m Amy and I’ve worked with Howard for the last 2.5 years. I live with my husband and our four children on our dairy farm in Halwell. I’m often found on the side of a rugby pitch watching either my husband or all of my kids play. I’ve worked in a variety of jobs during my working life, alongside helping my husband on the farm. After graduating from university, I worked as a Staff Nurse in Derriford Hospital. Where I was based on the Acute Storke Unit. I loved my time nursing but took a career break when we had our third child. This became more permanent when number four arrived! The thing I loved most about nursing was helping people. Working with Howard has allowed me to continue to this, with a much better work life balance! I hope the days I’m with him, I can make things just a little bit easier for him.
